Cecilia Intan
Director & Co-Founder
Cecilia has more than 10 years' general management experience in the RPO sector, mainly serving the financial services and consumer goods industries, as well as a number of successful recruiting clients.
Before joining TalentSpark as a founding member, Cecilia turned entrepreneurial vision into reality by building another Manila based research advisory services and consulting firm from the ground up, providing strategic and operational solutions that supported client’s performance objectives. She increased sales year on year by leveraging referenceable accounts to build credibility and through the introduction of new research tools and technologies. Cecilia has a keen focus on customer relationships, and she is a trusted and reliable partner to HR partners within recruitment agencies and corporate clients across APAC.
